We are Nils and Lars, the two founders of Loop Estates Mallorca.
Alongside our long-standing friendship, we share three great passions: high-quality architecture, unique properties, and the wonderful lifestyle of Mallorca.

With a lifelong love for connecting with people, we’ve made it our mission to help like-minded Mallorca-fans and lovers of the Mediterranean lifestyle find their perfect Real Estate Match - and start a new chapter on this beautiful island.

Through our many years of living and working on Mallorca, we’ve built a wide network across all areas. A continuous flow of information about the island is typical for us. So, a friend once said, “With you guys, you’re always in the loop.”

In our private lives, we love water sports and visiting the island’s great gastronomy highlights. And we’re both enthusiastic tennis players with a certain competitive (ATP) history. Are you ready for a match?

Nils was introduced to the real estate world early on through his family office in Düsseldorf, gaining experience with properties in Germany, South Africa, and Mallorca.

After many years in leading sales position for international luxury brands corporations, Nils deepened his expertise in real estate sales at one of the leading brokerage firms in the southwest of Mallorca.

His clients value his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to find what’s best for their individual needs.

When Nils isn’t out and about for Loop Estates, you’ll likely find him on the tennis court or at one of his favorite restaurants in Palma’s Santa Catalina neighborhood.

Lars Kabiersch

Founder & Consultant

Lars studied Business Administration in North Carolina, Frankfurt, and Barcelona - and found his personal soul home in Spain already back in the 1990s.

Alongside his work in strategic real estate investment, Lars has managed real estate projects around the world - from Frankfurt to Miami and Marbella, Spain.

He has a particular passion for the “hidden property gems of Mallorca”, which he’s constantly on the hunt for and firmly believes are still waiting to be discovered across the island.

With Lars, you can expect a true all-rounder who loves company and enjoys his time with his children or in his wine cellar. Like Nils, Lars is also often found on the tennis court - and always ready for a match.
